The twelfth release of Suzuki South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Championship, the greatest football occasion in South Asia, formally starts Tuesday at the nation's chief scene Bangabandhu National Stadium, reports BSS.

India has been overwhelming power in the opposition generally and has asserted a dazzling seven of the 11 versions held up until this point.
The seven groups, split into two gatherings, with the champ and sprinter up of each gathering will progress to the semi-last. The last is slated to be hung on 15 September.
Set up in 1993, the biennial competition has truly included the seven groups that frame a piece of the South Asian Football Federation. Afghanistan turned into a piece of the SAFF in 2005, however, pulled back in 2015 to join the Central Asian Football Federation (CAFF).
The competition was known as the South Asian Association of local co-task (SAARC) Gold Cup in the debut 1993 version before being changed toward the South Asian Gold Cup in 1995.
