English police announced a noteworthy occurrence late on Tuesday after it said a man and a lady in a basic condition may have been presented to an obscure substance close to the southern English town of Salisbury.

"Wiltshire Police and accomplices have tonight announced a noteworthy occurrence after it is suspected that two individuals may have been presented to an obscure substance in Amesbury," the police said in an announcement.
